Laboratory Test

We have dedicated in-house mechanical and chemical laboratories equipped with a Universal Testing Machine and an Impact Testing Machine. These facilities enable us to conduct a wide range of tests including Yield Stress, Tensile, and bend tests. Furthermore, we possess a Spectro machine to analyze chemical composition before and after rolling. We utilize a Faro 3D scanner (CMM) to ensure precise profiling.

Tensile tests, Charpy V notch impact test,(60° C) bend test, microscopic microstructure and grain size measurements, ultrasonic crack inspections etc. test are performed in our Laboratory by using the state-of-the-art test instruments in accordance with the relevant standards.
